We also appreciate your suggestions for improvement. We will be working on those areas to increase patient satisfaction and to make sure every patient has a positive experience. The practice will be undergoing Accreditation on the 14th December. This is an important part of maintaining a high standard in General Practice.
We have made some massive improvements in the past three years, including our impressive new surgery. We are looking forward to presenting to the surveyors on the day. We will keep you all posted on the outcome!
