As you all may be aware Beach Street Family Practice is currently building a multi-level building in Woolgoolga, due for completion late July 2016. This development has ground floor space potential for leasing to interested tenants.
We have already negotiated one ground floor tenancy, and looking to lease the remaining downstairs lettable space of 53 sqm.
The rooms can be rented on a casual or permanent basis. The appropriate tenant would also be in the health industry and will recognize the synergy of co-location with the Medical Practice.
